Learning Module Description

Each module has been designed to meet specific training objectives. The information provided has been researched and is provided to assist delegates in their day-to-day business life and development.

The modules are regularly updated and improved. CBG Ltd. reserves the right to change module contents in line with market information and changes.

Joining Instructions

To order your selected training seminar(s), please complete all the details on this website, along with payment details.

Ordering and payment via the website will be processed and payment clearance confirmed by Barclaycard EPDQ, we will forward order confirmation to you by email. Course access will be through the creation of your own personal username and password subject to order and payment acceptance. You will then have access to your chosen seminar for a period of sixty days from order and payment confirmation. A guide to study time, it would take between 10 – 14 hours to complete one training course, including case studies and research.

On-line payment is processed by secure Barclaycard EPDQ on-line payment system.

We restrict the use of your password and username to one user only for the period of sixty days.

Fees

The cost of each training seminar is £199 + VAT
Total cost per training seminar including VAT is £233.82p

All fees are current; however we reserve the right to review them from time to time.

Learning Performance

The results and successes provided within the learning modules purely represent testimonials and do not predict the results that you may achieve. The success of any business strategy or plan is dependant on factors beyond the control of CBG Ltd.

No representations, guarantees of success or income are made through the use of the strategies, techniques or concepts made within any of the training modules.

The training content is exclusively for your own personal use. Any other use of the contents of the website or e-learning modules requires the prior written permission of CBG Ltd.

You must not reproduce, transmit or retransmit, manipulate or store on paper, electronic, CD-ROM or other offline product or any other format in whole or any part the design, content of the website or the information or material published on the pages on it, nor hypertext or otherwise link to it.

All intellectual property rights in the design, content, material and layout of the website remain the sole property CBG Ltd.

We reserve the right to suspend relevant user training, if we find through our monitoring system and for good reason, that any of our training terms are being breached. Also, if a user or a third party is mis-using a username or password to gain unauthorised access to any training module. We restrict and monitor the use of your password and username to one user only for the period of sixty days.

We are not liable for any decisions made from its content, as CBG Ltd. does not have control of the use of this information. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages or loss of profit, revenue or savings from the use of the website or contents from the training modules or from any action or decisions taken as result of using the website or training modules.

CBG Ltd. endeavours to take care in the accuracy and timeliness in the information provided. However, we are unable to guarantee errors or omissions may occur. CBG Ltd. does not warrant that website and training information and content will be uninterrupted or error free, we will endeavour to correct defects.

CBG Ltd. does not accept responsibility where download of video content is prevented by certain firewall restrictions. Refer to FAQs if this occurs.

CBG Ltd. recommends the use of broadband connection when downloading e-learning modules and files. We accept no responsibility for download time and speed.

CBG Ltd. accepts no responsibility for computer viruses or any other related problems that may affect its performance. We recommend that visitors and training users use reputable anti-virus software, as we cannot accept responsibility for any infection through viruses or anything else, which has contaminating or destructive properties. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages arising from viruses of any nature being downloaded from files accessed on our website or training modules.

All content included on our website and training modules remain the property of CBG Ltd. You must not copy, store, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, save or manipulate any of the training content onto any format.

All modules have been thoroughly tested for quality through standard broadband Internet usage.

CBG Ltd. does not accept responsibility for Internet connection quality or speed, which may affect any downloaded files or speed accessed on our website or training modules.

CBG Ltd. is unable to accept any responsibility or refund of costs for the failed completion of any training module within sixty days from order and payment confirmation.

CBG Ltd. endeavours to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of each course with training sample pages available before order and payment is placed.

CBG Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is fraudulent.

CBG Ltd. endeavours to ensure that the information it provides through its website and training modules is accurate and accepts no liability for any error and omissions, or misuse of copyright or personal information.

CBG Ltd. does not accept responsibility or liability for views, opinions or advice expressed by its contributors.
