Why am I unable to download the training video?

Due to restrictions imposed by some personal or corporate firewalls, video content may not display. If you have a personal firewall running, please enable video streaming for CBG Learning, or if viewing from behind a corporate firewall, refer to your IT department to request that CBG Learning video be permitted through the firewall. Alternatively, please attempt to access courses via another PC, which uses a different IP . If you are still unable to play the video, please contact info@cbglearning.com, with your contact details & description of the problem. CBG Ltd. will endeavour to resolve your problem.

How do I gain more information about bespoke company training courses?

Click on contact us, complete your details along with the training courses you are interested in & submit the enquiry. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements.

What happens once my 60 day course access has elapsed?

Course access will cease once your 60 day access period has elapsed. However, we will continue to keep you updated with relevant articles and training information, which supports your training with us.

Is my on-line payment secure?

We partner Barclaycard ePDQ for on-line payment. Barclaycard manage secure on-line payments worldwide, providing high standards of protection and service.

Can I use alternative methods to on-line payment?

We provide payment choice, you can pay on-line or by cheque. You may raise a personal invoice on-line, the invoice can be printed immediately.

How do you select your case studies and related articles?

We thoroughly research all our case studies & related articles, using a number of credible sources, such as Harvard Business School & Europe's largest research centre in Cookham. We then carefully align each case study & related article to the course module, providing latest best practice & example.

How do I register?

Cick on courses, at the end of the course overview at the bottom of the page, click on free registration.

How do I gain course access when paying by cheque?

On receipt of your cheque and subsequent payment clearance, we will send you an e.mail confirming course access for 60 days. Enter you personally created username and password, this will automatically take you to your own homepage. Click on the approriate course name to commence.

What happens if I am unable to complete the registration process?

Click on contact us, complete your details along with a short explanation of the difficulties when registering and submit. We will investigate the problem and advise you by e.mail.
